Most students who join Howard High School's Theatre program their freshman year continue to participate throughout all four years of their high school experience. We offer pathways in both Drama and Musical Theatre.
Huskies are exposed to every aspect of the theatre from downstage to backstage, including:
- Acting

- Dancing
- Script Writing
- Choreography
- Directing
- Stage Managing
- Set construction
- Props
- Costumes
- Makeup
- Sound
- Lighting
- Running Crew
Theatre students can also join the International Thespian Society Troupe 8471 and participate in the Husky Drama Club.
