Dual Enrollment

Contact your Counselor if you are interested in participating in Dual Enrollment.

Dual Enrollment allows Juniors and Seniors at Howard High School to earn both high school and college credit for the same course. Students may enroll in the college courses full-time or part-time and may take courses during or after regular school hours on the college campus, online, or sometimes at Howard High School.

Courses can be taken during fall and spring semesters or even during the summer. Students are eligible to take courses through spring semester of their Senior year, up to the point of graduation, even if they have met graduation requirements.

Howard High School partners with the following schools to offer Dual Enrollment (click logo to learn more about the program at that college):

Prior to participating in Dual Enrollment, as part of the application process, the student’s parent/guardian must complete the Student Participation Agreement (SPA).

Electronically complete the Parent/Guardian Participation Agreement to confirm your student’s participation in the Dual Enrollment Program. You will be prompted to provide the student’s application ID, as provided and emailed to the student, and the student’s date of birth or social security number.
