DECA Inc., (formerly Distributive Education Clubs of America) enhances the preparation for college and careers by providing co-curricular programs that integrate into classroom instruction, applying learning in the context of business, connecting to business and the community and promoting competition. Our student members leverage their DECA experience to become academically prepared, community oriented, professionally responsible, experienced leaders.
The State Career Development Conference is held each year in late January.
The DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) is the highlight of the DECA year. Twenty thousand high school students, advisors, business persons and alumni gather for several days of DECA excitement.
The first meeting for the 2022-2023 school year was August 17th in the Media Center at 2:45pm.
The Fall Rally was held at Six Flags Over Georgia on September 15th! Road Rally will included lunch, a general session, leadership activities, competitive events, and of course thrill rides!
DECA Career Package is $30 and includes a chapter t-shirt, chapter meeting snacks, membership card and pin, and the DECA Direct magazine subscription.
