2023 KMBB Clean Streets Matter Art and Essay Contest
TOPIC: ”WHY CLEAN STREETS MATTER”
1. Essay should be typed, double spaced, on standard paper (8 ½ x 11)
2. Essay should be at least 300 words.
3. Three school level finalists will be determined by each school’s
discretion.
4. Each submission needs to have a completed application attached.
The application must be signed by a parent.
5. The school based coordinator will complete the submission form and
submit this along with the three school based finalists’ paperwork to KMBB no later than September 29, 2023.
6. The school should notify the parents of the school based finalists of
the awards ceremony and encourage them to attend so that their
child can be recognized.
Monetary prizes will be awarded to the overall student winners:
First place: $200, Second place: $100, Third place:$50.
The awards ceremony will be held November 2, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Douglass Theatre.
