Leader In Me

Leader in Me implementation at Howard High School strives create an inclusive culture.  That culture is created and led by students who are encouraged to find their voice and develop critical skills through a series of leadership courses that will help them successfully navigate college, career, and life.

During the 2021-2022 school year, Howard High School is in it's third year of Leader in Me training and growth.  Our faculty and staff continue to rekindle their passion when they aid students in taking ownership of their future or witness them working together to improve the school and the community.

By attending 7 Habits training and other workshops, our staff experiences principle-centered professional development that impacts all areas of their life with new paradigms, behaviors, and results.

As globalization and automation continue to raise the bar on hiring qualified candidates, high school students must develop 21st Century skills now in order to be more prepared for college, career, and life beyond academia.
