Student Performance Rules & Regulations
1. All poems must be the sole work of the poet reading them.
2. The maximum time limit for each poem is four minutes - if you go over, one point will be deducted, so watch the clock!
3. The poem does not have to be memorized, but it must be spoken with passion, and not read word for word.
4. All Poetry styles are welcomed and encouraged.
5. Expletives or foul language will result in automatic elimination.
